The Nikkei Table at Feliz
For two nights only, Feliz presents The Nikkei Table — an intimate communal dining experience led by Chef Rodrigo Serrano of Michelin-selected DIP Nikkei.
Rooted in the meeting point between Japanese precision and Peruvian soul, this six-course menu explores the cultures, migrations, and influences that helped shape modern Peruvian cuisine.
The journey begins with “Pacific Memory”, a delicate tiradito of bluefin tuna inspired by Peru’s first encounters with Japanese cuisine. From there, guests move through Chifa-style bao, rich chupe with fresh carabinero, creamy quinotto with sea urchin and crab, and a bold interpretation of sopa seca and anticuchos flavour.
The experience concludes with “Todas Las Sangres”, a dessert inspired by Peru’s layered identity — bringing together flavours and textures from Africa, China, Spain, Italy, Japan, and Peru itself.
The Nikkei Table is designed to be experienced together — one menu, one table, one shared evening.
